During the months of February and March, 2010, each of the 50 states has had a Republic Coordinator, along with a possible 1 or 2 co-coordinators, who have put together each state's 27-member De jure Grand Jury by autographs on a Declaration, along with a Covenant autographed, witnessed by two, and sealed (red thumbprint).
