De Jure vs De Facto

The Federal Government went from De Jure to De Facto in 1860 and now in 2010 may be going back to a De Jure Republic like it used to be. 50 States may have De Jure Grand Juries that can turn the tide back to a REAL flesh and blood People Government of the people, by the people and for the people. It’s a great time for a discussion on the subject.

Black’s Law Dictionary definitions:
DE JURE. Of right; legitimate; lawful; by right and just title. In this sense it is the contrary of de Facto.
DE FACTO. In fact, in deed, actually. This phrase is used to characterize an officer, a government, a past action, or a state of affairs which must be accepted for all practical purposes, but is illegal or illegitimate. In this sense it is the contrary of De Jure, which means rightful, legitimate, just or constitutional.

In 1860 Abraham Lincoln won the presidency and later 11 southern states legally succeeded from the Union to form the confederacy, a separate government over the issue of slavery. When the representatives left congress it destroyed the existing De Jure government because it was not able to do any business without a minimum number of senators and congressmen. You must have a legal majority and quorums to pass legislation or perform any act of government. Lincoln as Commander and Chief ordered the congress to act as if they were a legal body of lawmakers thus the De Facto government was created.

The original Republic De Jure government was not a corporation but the new De Facto government was and everything was rearranged for the new form of government. See the Reconstruction acts.

Isaiah saw the future of Israel and saw many things happen twice thus his book was a dual prophecy, his day and the latter days. In his time people worshiped wooden statues of deaf, dumb and stupid Idols. Isaiah made fun of them. These wood statues or idols could not talk, walk, govern, think, or save themselves from fire.

All who manufacture idols are deranged;
the things they cherish profit nothing.
Those who promote them are themselves
sightless and mindless, to their own dismay.

Who would fashion a god or cast an idol
that cannot benefit them?

Their whole society is confused;
their fabricators are mere mortals.
Were they all to assemble
and take their stand before me,
they would at once cringe in fear.

The smith with his tools works the iron over the coals
and gives it shape by hammering;
he forges his god by the strength of his arm;
when he becomes hungry, he no longer has stength;
if he fails to drink water, he begins to grow faint.

The woodworker draws a diagram,
Sketching his idol with a marker.
He created it by chiseling to the outline of the dividers;
he gives it a human likeness, resembling man’s beauty,
fit to lodge in a house.

He is required to cut down cedars;
he must select holms and oaks
and care for them among the trees of the forest.
He plants firs, which the rain makes grow:
that which serves men as fuel,
which they use to warm themselves
or light fire with to bake bread,
of that they create gods which they adore,
from it they make idols to which they stoop.

Half of it they burn in the fire.
Over it they broil a roast:
they eat the meat and are statisfied.
They also warm themselves and say,
Ah, it is warm in front of the fire!
From the rest they make a god, their idol,
to which they bow in adoration and pray,
Save us; you are our god!

They have become unaware and insensible;
their eyes are glazed so they cannot see,
their minds are incapable of discerment.

They reflect not,
nor have the sense or comprehension to say,
Part of this I burned in the fire;
I also baked bread in its embers,
roased meat and ate it.
Am I not making an abomination of what is left?
Do I not stoop to a mere lump of wood?

They are followers of ashes;
their deluded minds have distracted them.
They cannot liberate themselves from them or say,
Surely this thing in my hand is a fraud.

Today we are much more educated and sophisticated, we cut down the trees and grind them into pulp and send them to a paper mill factory where nice white paper is made. Then we apply some text with ink, check for a proper name, and pay to file the papers with the State and we have created an artificial entity of eternity, a paper god that lasts forever, all powerful and everywhere present. The god of all gods created by man.

INCORPORATION means to create a body, but not a REAL one. Only a REAL GOD creates a REAL Body. The cool thing is this artificial eternal entity or INCORPORATION can NOW: walk, talk, work, buy, sell, pass laws, go into debt, tax, incarcerate, draft, send solders to war, and kill people.

This INCORPORATION cannot be hurt, bleed or die and is impervious to famine, disease, pandemic and war. It is the perfect god; it can kill but cannot be killed. This legal INCORPORATION can do illegal stuff too; it just changes the laws. The creators of the INCORPORATION hire a president and he hires more workers and opens an account to deposit green pieces of paper and we have an economy where everyone works for a corporation, gets paid, and can live by spending the paper money. Has the INCORPORATION created wealth, food, shelter, education, and security? Who made the earth, plants, animals, seeds, air, etc? Who does the planting and harvesting?

The United States government is a CORPORATION now and it borrows money and collateralizes all its debts by buying and selling the souls of men like John the revelator saw. The states are all INCORPORATIONS as are all the business entities, churches and people in them. We are human resources. We have been securitized and our birth certificates are used as title to our souls just like a car title or house deed. When the Federal Government files bankruptcy ALL corporations beneath it must pay the debts, it’s the LAW. Who are the creators and creditors of the INCORPORATION that you owe everything too and your soul too?

Isaiah 10:15
Shall an axe exalt itself
above the one who hews with it,
or a saw vaunt itself
over him who handles it?
As though the rod wielded him who lifts it up!
as though the staff held up the one
Who is not made of wood!

Basically who is in control here? Is the axe, saw, rod, or staff in charge? Men and women make and control their creations if they choose to (Tim Turner's Seminars for the Secured Party Creditor process). Running away from responsibility and your power doesn’t help.

It all boils down to just one question
Where is your allegiance?
To the REAL God and Jesus His Son
Or
An INCORPORATION created by a man who is now dead, but the paper lives on?

Let’s repeat that, Where is your allegiance?
To the REAL Loving, Kind, Patient, Long suffering, Peaceful, Father GOD who created everything and His Son who paid for your mistakes and is more than willing to forgive and completely forget and welcome you home with tears in His eyes?
Or
A piece of paper in a drawer someplace, a wooden idol?
