Greetings and Blessings to all Americans who are interested in Restoring America to its original foundation of the Constitution for the united States of America as it was in effect between 1787 and 1860 when we had a Constitutional Republic form of government throughout the states.
UPDATE NOTE - History - NOTE (UPDATED: APRIL 2011)
As of summer, 2010, the Restore America Plan was completed. We became the Restored Republic! And The "Republic" has been growing ever since: go to (www.republicfortheunitedstates.org).
But having said that, I want you to know that since the summer of 2010 there is still a "Restore America Plan" heartbeat "out there" which we Republic for the united States of America builders are NO LONGER connected with or attached to in any way, shape, or form. Many times there have been some parting-of-the-ways with various people at all levels of this movement.

This blogspot (with the blog turned off) was for the purpose of providing a "one-stop-shop" resource location of the main sources of information for the Restore America Plan formed and backed by the 4 Guardian Elders during the February-July 2010 time frame.
There were and possibly still are a dozen different movements - plans - programs "out there" which tend to become confusing. But as Tim Turner has always said, if there's to be a change to restore the Constitutional Republic in and on this land, circa 1787-1860, it would have to have 2 things backing it . . . . . God, and the military.
Well, we know God IS in this plan because we've seen amazing benefits of connecting people to our Republic from across the globe throughout this past year. And what began as "the Restore America Plan," but is now "the Republic for the united States of America," . . . it is thee only plan in the country which has the backing of the military. In fact, the military connections to restore the Republic back onto this land have been a "plan in the works" for many years already . . . . . in fact, over a decade.
And finally, with Tim's efforts crisscrossing the country with educational seminars during the years prior to June 2010, and Sam Kennedy's radio show followers (he was a Guardian Elder from Feb. - April 2010), we were able to connect with and unite patriotic hearts and souls across this land throughout all 50 states! . . . . . people who still "remembered" the way it "should" be, . . . . . people who autographed and thumbprint-sealed a Declaration as our forefathers stepped up to do in 1215, 1776, and 1787, . . . . . people who wanted to remove us from the corporation which has been acting as "government" (Congressional Record 1871) and restore us to a Constitutional Republic to let us have true freedom as God intended for us on THIS land.
So, in the first half of 2010, for all Americans to be able to cut through the cobwebs and learn just the necessary basics of thee only plan which will really Restore America, this blogspot was the location to be at (Feb.-July 2010). I asked people to please help inform and wake up the sleepers in this land and pass the word along.

FIRST LESSON - TRANSFORMING YOUR BELIEFS
Romans 12:2
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind . . ."
For most men and women, what you will hear, see, and read on this instructional and educational site will challenge your mind beyond where you're at, at this moment. It will be normal if you go through the usual steps of shock, "how could they??," and anger regarding the past and present "public servant employees." And for me, in 1996 when I first learned that the 16th Amendment (income tax) was never ratified, I couldn't believe that "elected officials -- people who were born as 'Americans' and had what I believed to be the best opportunities in the world!!!" . . . that these people had and were undermining this country!!!!! This was before I learned of all the banking / money control through the centuries.
So after your anger subsides, you'll wish you could change the system, but now, instead of feeling as if it's an impossibility, one person at a time has (those who became part of a Grand Jury) and will continue to actually do it. In due time we will sign alternate jurors for each Republic's De jure Grand Jury on a Declaration in the Republics. Without knowing it, since 1910, you and I have been educated in a progressively increasing socialistic and humanistic worldview.
We have been led to believe that there is one (1) constitution in this country, but the fact is that there are 51 (50 states, of which 13 had constitutions or similar governing documents prior to the forming of the federal government with a federal constitution in 1787). It is these 50 states which will rise up and once again take their sovereign position as the foundation of the Constitutional Republic government.
We've been indoctrinated to believe that government controls us, yet it was the people in 1787, representing the 13 states, who created the federal government. And the "created" can not be greater than the creator.
Also, you can ONLY be a subject or a sovereign . . . there is no other choice. You were born to be a king or queen upon this land as a sovereign in carrying out a Republic form of government based on the cornerstones of self-government, not any one man or woman ruling as a dictator king or queen! YOU created the government and the government is to serve YOU!! That is now becoming a reality.
And the main change people need to learn and understand and speak out loud to their current elected reps who are running a corporation in this country on the state and/or federal level, is that the Federal Constitution (or mirrored corporation charter since 1871) ONLY HAS JURISDICTION OVER THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA!!- - -and purchased/ceded land within the 50 states, and the 14 territories. Every bill voted on & passed, every law created in Congress --- Washington, D.C. ONLY APPLIES TO THOSE LIVING IN D.C.!!- - -and working in federal government/jurisdiction buildings/areas of land within the 50 states, and the 14 territories of which 5 are inhabited. It does NOT apply to you and me who are in the 50 states!! There's a lot more history to learn about this, but begin to transform your thinking to this constitutional concept for the Restored Republic. Read the federal constitution (7 articles & 27 amendments). It only applies to a 10-square-mile-radius of land. We're going back to a "limited government of, by, and for the people."
(Hint . . . every time you read "United States" in the federal constitution, substitute the words "District of Columbia" and it will make it a lot easier to understand the concept, because why else, throughout the entire 7 Articles and 27 Amendments would dozens and dozens of references be made to "United States" and then to "any State, another State, the State, one State, New States, every State, any particular State, each State, the several States, a State, the same State, different States, and the list goes on! Do you know about the Hooven Supreme Court case which says the term "United States" has at least 3 definitions?
Also, everyone born in a "State" claims his "rights" [which are from God] via his State constitution. In order to be a State, the State must agree to adopt all of the Amendments which are in the federal constitution, into the State constitution.)
If you're hung up on Romans 13, insert "We The People" everytime you read "government." We do NOT have a Caesar in this country . . . never did! The people ARE the government in this country, beginning with The Mayflower Compact. Study constitutional taxation and learn that the IRS income tax system is illegal, unconstitutional, a rape and pillage on the American people, etc., and learn what the Bible has to say regarding usary.

- - - The word "democracy" does not appear once in the Constitution.
- - - The word "democracy" is a substitute word for Markism/socialism/communism, based on the 10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto. Do you know who wrote that book? A few years after I began on what's become a vast, 14-year, history-learning program, I knew that the American adults needed a "primer" on the truthful basics of what's gone on during the past century, supported with easy-to-get resources. Restore the People’s money and wealth from the banking institutions, war profiteers, and international loan sharks.
Instantly vest all mortgages, auto loans and personal business loans “issued” by members of the Fed. The state shall hold no paper on, or debts against, the sovereign People, directly or through its agencies and licensed banking institutions.
Instantly end all non-consensual and unlawful taxation including all taxes on the sacred rights of labor and privacy.

HOW THE EVENTS CAME ABOUT: February and March 2010
- - what we can tell at this time:
Being chosen and appointed a "State Coordinator," I received my first email with a Coordinator's Packet on February 5, 2010. In it were instructions to carry out the endeavor of getting 27 signatures for a De jure Grand Jury on 8 duplicates of a specific bond paper, and each person's autograph and thumbprint, plus the same from 2 witnesses, on 2 copies of a Covenant which the De jure Grand Jury person reads outloud, hand on a Bible, for affirmation.
On Friday, March 19th, the last De jure Grand Jury person autographed in New Hampshire and all 50 states had 27-member De jure Grand Juries on paper. By Monday, March 22nd, the Guardian Elders (there are 3: Tim, Tom, & Regan) had already received 2 of New Hampshire's 4 packets, plus most from all the other finishing states (Delaware, Maine, North Dakota, Wyoming).
By the end of the week, all 50 governor and the military packets had been processed for delivery to be received on March 29th & 30th. That happened. All 50 "Delivery Confirmations" have been verified.
The Republic has now been restored. We are going back to the constitutional system before 1868 which means freedom for the people. We will no longer be slaves (especially financially via up to 70% of your income taken as taxation, most of it going to the wealthiest banking families and financiers of the world!). Regarding elected public employee servants, if any are BAR-card-carrying lawyers, I don't know when the original 13th Amendment will kick in. The BAR card (British Accredited Regency or Registry) is a private club membership under the Crown (Queen of England). It falls into the original 13th Amendment category of title or honour, or office from the king or foreign power:
"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."
SO, AS I FIND BITS AND PIECES OF NEWS, OR WE, OURSELVES, ARE MAKING THE NEWS, AND I CAN RELEASE THE INFO, I WILL POST IT HERE FOR A CURRENT UPDATE AND HISTORICAL REFERENCE.
What an amazing time to be alive and be a part of this movement!! Do you know I've dreamed of this for 14 years, never in my wildest dreams thought it could actually become a reality. It's the same as when we were living in Germany in 1989 and I turned on the T.V. one day to see the Berlin Wall just covered with people and they were chiseling away at the concrete (which we had been at 2 weeks before - - had to drive through the "corridor" to go from West to East Germany; went through all the Checkpoint Charlie / Russian Guard business to get into the communist, eastern segment of Berlin; drove through the "all grey" land/city; "shopped" in eerie settings, etc. I'll write about it someday . . . an amazing experience . . .).
Anyway, the tears just rolled down my cheeks, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, because on T.V. I saw the wall go up in 1961 and through the years had read every book I could find that people had written about their lives during all that time. In some ways I felt as if even I was being released after having read about so much heartache. So I know that one of these days the tears will again flow down my cheeks with the realization that our own struggle in this country has finally come to an end with the IRS having taken 10s and 10s and 10s of 1000s of dollars from both my husband and myself. (The IRS is a private corporation and not a part of government. I have the corporate papers out of Delaware and testimony by the IRS Commissioner in the Diversified Metals Supreme Court decision.).

HOW THE EVENTS CAME ABOUT: February and March 2010
- - what we can tell at this time:
Being chosen and appointed a "State Coordinator," I received my first email with a Coordinator's Packet on February 5, 2010. In it were instructions to carry out the endeavor of getting 27 signatures for a De jure Grand Jury on 8 duplicates of a specific bond paper, and each person's autograph and thumbprint, plus the same from 2 witnesses, on 2 copies of a Covenant which the De jure Grand Jury person reads outloud, hand on a Bible, for affirmation.
On Friday, March 19th, the last De jure Grand Jury person autographed in New Hampshire and all 50 states had 27-member De jure Grand Juries on paper. By Monday, March 22nd, the Guardian Elders (there are 3: Tim, Tom, & Regan) had already received 2 of New Hampshire's 4 packets, plus most from all the other finishing states (Delaware, Maine, North Dakota, Wyoming).
By the end of the week, all 50 governor and the military packets had been processed for delivery to be received on March 29th & 30th. That happened. All 50 "Delivery Confirmations" have been verified.
The Republic has now been restored. We are going back to the constitutional system before 1868 which means freedom for the people. We will no longer be slaves (especially financially via up to 70% of your income taken as taxation, most of it going to the wealthiest banking families and financiers of the world!). Regarding elected public employee servants, if any are BAR-card-carrying lawyers, I don't know when the original 13th Amendment will kick in. The BAR card (British Accredited Regency or Registry) is a private club membership under the Crown (Queen of England). It falls into the original 13th Amendment category of title or honour, or office from the king or foreign power:
"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."
SO, AS I FIND BITS AND PIECES OF NEWS, OR WE, OURSELVES, ARE MAKING THE NEWS, AND I CAN RELEASE THE INFO, I WILL POST IT HERE FOR A CURRENT UPDATE AND HISTORICAL REFERENCE.
What an amazing time to be alive and be a part of this movement!! Do you know I've dreamed of this for 14 years, never in my wildest dreams thought it could actually become a reality. It's the same as when we were living in Germany in 1989 and I turned on the T.V. one day to see the Berlin Wall just covered with people and they were chiseling away at the concrete (which we had been at 2 weeks before - - had to drive through the "corridor" to go from West to East Germany; went through all the Checkpoint Charlie / Russian Guard business to get into the communist, eastern segment of Berlin; drove through the "all grey" land/city; "shopped" in eerie settings, etc. I'll write about it someday . . . an amazing experience . . .).
Anyway, the tears just rolled down my cheeks, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, because on T.V. I saw the wall go up in 1961 and through the years had read every book I could find that people had written about their lives during all that time. In some ways I felt as if even I was being released after having read about so much heartache. So I know that one of these days the tears will again flow down my cheeks with the realization that our own struggle in this country has finally come to an end with the IRS having taken 10s and 10s and 10s of 1000s of dollars from both my husband and myself. (The IRS is a private corporation and not a part of government. I have the corporate papers out of Delaware and testimony by the IRS Commissioner in the Diversified Metals Supreme Court decision.).

Longtime Houston County District Judge John Steensland retired abruptly on Friday, leaving Houston County with three judge vacancies.
Steensland declined comment to the Dothan Eagle, but presiding Circuit Judge Brad Mendheim confirmed Steensland informed him of his retirement.
“He told me he was retiring (Friday) and that he does have a court schedule next week we will be able to cover,” Mendheim said. “We are working very hard to try to get everything covered.”
Steensland is the third judge to leave the bench recently. Circuit judges Lawson Little and Ed Jackson have retired. The governor can appoint a successor to fill Steensland’s term. However, Alabama Supreme Court Justice Sue Bell Cobb recently asked Gov. Bob Riley to hold off on filling Houston County’s vacancies to save money.
Steensland assumed the office of Houston County District Judge in 1989. He holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Alabama and a law degree from Jones School of Law in Montgomery.

The Declaration of the united States of America --- 1776
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,
— That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

RELATED HISTORY - De facto v De jure
De Jure vs De Facto

The Federal Government went from De Jure to De Facto in 1860 and now in 2010 may be going back to a De Jure Republic like it used to be. 50 States may have De Jure Grand Juries that can turn the tide back to a REAL flesh and blood People Government of the people, by the people and for the people. It’s a great time for a discussion on the subject.
Black’s Law Dictionary definitions:
DE JURE. Of right; legitimate; lawful; by right and just title. In this sense it is the contrary of de Facto.
DE FACTO. In fact, in deed, actually. This phrase is used to characterize an officer, a government, a past action, or a state of affairs which must be accepted for all practical purposes, but is illegal or illegitimate. In this sense it is the contrary of De Jure, which means rightful, legitimate, just or constitutional.
In 1860 Abraham Lincoln won the presidency and later 11 southern states legally succeeded from the Union to form the confederacy, a separate government over the issue of slavery. When the representatives left congress it destroyed the existing De Jure government because it was not able to do any business without a minimum number of senators and congressmen. You must have a legal majority and quorums to pass legislation or perform any act of government. Lincoln as Commander and Chief ordered the congress to act as if they were a legal body of lawmakers thus the De Facto government was created.
The original Republic De Jure government was not a corporation but the new De Facto government was and everything was rearranged for the new form of government. See the Reconstruction acts.

Isaiah saw the future of Israel and saw many things happen twice thus his book was a dual prophecy, his day and the latter days. In his time people worshiped wooden statues of deaf, dumb and stupid Idols. Isaiah made fun of them. These wood statues or idols could not talk, walk, govern, think, or save themselves from fire.

Today we are much more educated and sophisticated, we cut down the trees and grind them into pulp and send them to a paper mill factory where nice white paper is made. Then we apply some text with ink, check for a proper name, and pay to file the papers with the State and we have created an artificial entity of eternity, a paper god that lasts forever, all powerful and everywhere present. The god of all gods created by man.
INCORPORATION means to create a body, but not a REAL one. Only a REAL GOD creates a REAL Body. The cool thing is this artificial eternal entity or INCORPORATION can NOW: walk, talk, work, buy, sell, pass laws, go into debt, tax, incarcerate, draft, send solders to war, and kill people.
This INCORPORATION cannot be hurt, bleed or die and is impervious to famine, disease, pandemic and war. It is the perfect god; it can kill but cannot be killed. This legal INCORPORATION can do illegal stuff too; it just changes the laws. The creators of the INCORPORATION hire a president and he hires more workers and opens an account to deposit green pieces of paper and we have an economy where everyone works for a corporation, gets paid, and can live by spending the paper money. Has the INCORPORATION created wealth, food, shelter, education, and security? Who made the earth, plants, animals, seeds, air, etc? Who does the planting and harvesting?
The United States government is a CORPORATION now and it borrows money and collateralizes all its debts by buying and selling the souls of men like John the revelator saw. The states are all INCORPORATIONS as are all the business entities, churches and people in them. We are human resources. We have been securitized and our birth certificates are used as title to our souls just like a car title or house deed. When the Federal Government files bankruptcy ALL corporations beneath it must pay the debts, it’s the LAW. Who are the creators and creditors of the INCORPORATION that you owe everything too and your soul too?

Who is not made of wood!
Basically who is in control here? Is the axe, saw, rod, or staff in charge? Men and women make and control their creations if they choose to (Tim Turner's Seminars for the Secured Party Creditor process). Running away from responsibility and your power doesn’t help.
It all boils down to just one question
Where is your allegiance?
To the REAL God and Jesus His Son
Or
An INCORPORATION created by a man who is now dead, but the paper lives on?

To the REAL Loving, Kind, Patient, Long suffering, Peaceful, Father GOD who created everything and His Son who paid for your mistakes and is more than willing to forgive and completely forget and welcome you home with tears in His eyes?

Today we are much more educated and sophisticated, we cut down the trees and grind them into pulp and send them to a paper mill factory where nice white paper is made. Then we apply some text with ink, check for a proper name, and pay to file the papers with the State and we have created an artificial entity of eternity, a paper god that lasts forever, all powerful and everywhere present. The god of all gods created by man.
INCORPORATION means to create a body, but not a REAL one. Only a REAL GOD creates a REAL Body. The cool thing is this artificial eternal entity or INCORPORATION can NOW: walk, talk, work, buy, sell, pass laws, go into debt, tax, incarcerate, draft, send solders to war, and kill people.
This INCORPORATION cannot be hurt, bleed or die and is impervious to famine, disease, pandemic and war. It is the perfect god; it can kill but cannot be killed. This legal INCORPORATION can do illegal stuff too; it just changes the laws. The creators of the INCORPORATION hire a president and he hires more workers and opens an account to deposit green pieces of paper and we have an economy where everyone works for a corporation, gets paid, and can live by spending the paper money. Has the INCORPORATION created wealth, food, shelter, education, and security? Who made the earth, plants, animals, seeds, air, etc? Who does the planting and harvesting?
The United States government is a CORPORATION now and it borrows money and collateralizes all its debts by buying and selling the souls of men like John the revelator saw. The states are all INCORPORATIONS as are all the business entities, churches and people in them. We are human resources. We have been securitized and our birth certificates are used as title to our souls just like a car title or house deed. When the Federal Government files bankruptcy ALL corporations beneath it must pay the debts, it’s the LAW. Who are the creators and creditors of the INCORPORATION that you owe everything too and your soul too?

As though the rod wielded him who lifts it up!
as though the staff held up the one
Who is not made of wood!
Basically who is in control here? Is the axe, saw, rod, or staff in charge? Men and women make and control their creations if they choose to (Tim Turner's Seminars for the Secured Party Creditor process). Running away from responsibility and your power doesn’t help.
It all boils down to just one question
Where is your allegiance?
To the REAL God and Jesus His Son
Or
An INCORPORATION created by a man who is now dead, but the paper lives on?
Let’s repeat that, Where is your allegiance?
To the REAL Loving, Kind, Patient, Long suffering, Peaceful, Father GOD who created everything and His Son who paid for your mistakes and is more than willing to forgive and completely forget and welcome you home with tears in His eyes?
Or
